I'm 
Janette Collier.

After 11 years of designing, developing, and implementing instruction in the classroom, in 2021 I enrolled in online training with IDOL Courses Academy and developed the necessary technical skills to transition to Instructional Design/eLearning Development in the corporate environment.

Since October 2021, I have accelerated my progress in this field working in my role as Learning & Development Specialist for an expanding pediatric healthcare organization. In this role I enjoyed the opportunity to carry eLearning projects through from inception to implementation, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders from various departments including front desk operations, quality and safety, patient experience, compliance, school health, and behavioral health.

Currently I am the Instructional Designer for an expanding outpatient physical therapy network. In this role I am collaborating with my colleagues on the Learning & Development team to establish learning governance and provide consultation to learning developers throughout the organization. I am also designing and developing training materials that support enterprise-wide objectives.

I have managed multiple projects for multiple departments and service lines throughout my career, delivering training modules and resources that support organizational goals, inspire improved performance, and maintain learner engagement.
